Aluminum Plate and Bar Core Basic Structure
For charge air core: channel height is basically 4.5or 6.5mm ,in order to reduce pressure drop . turbulator is common plain type .
For oil core: channel height is normally 3mm ,turbulator is offset type .
For water core : channel height is 2.5 or 3mm ,turbulator is offset type.
